Charles was available at all times, and the most impressive thing is that he returned my furniture and packing boxes which the painters spread around the house, thus making further inspections impossible. This was a mammoth job, which Charles did with no complaint, and did not tell me he had done it..Also he swept the leaves on the courtyard prior to inspection. His manner is respectful and considerate,and he has been a pleasure to deal with. If more agencies had agents like Charles, it would make the sometimes painful experience of selling a loved house and moving to aged care so much better.
