John was very charismatic with a genuine interest in people, which ive found rare. My father was the seller and I was just helping. I've often found that people ignore me (or even contemptuous) in this situation, especially as I am usually casually dressed, but Jon was consistently friendly and helpful. While he did a good job it was very refreshing that it wasnt all about the hard sell.

Steve and Kathy were able to put us at ease with each stage of the selling process. Their confidence, transparency and honesty assisted and guided us through what could have been a complicated sale.
