He advised us re the listing price for our property, and what it should attract and his suggested target price was spot on (higher than we were initially expecting). Troy is very professional in his interactions whilst being friendly and personable. He was great to work with, has a wealth of knowledge of local market conditions and made the whole process as simple as he could for us. Highly recommended, and if the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely list with him again.
