Communication was excellent throughout. If Scott says he'll get back to you, he does. He always replied to our emails and messages promptly, so we were never left wondering where things stood. Above all, Scott is simply a kind person. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone genuine, professional and easy to deal with made the experience so much easier.
