While confirming the contract and exchange, Sandy went above and beyond by facilitating multiple visits to the property so I could check everything thoroughly. Even after the sale, he has continued to be incredibly helpful, including arranging quotes from tradespeople when needed. I would have absolutely no hesitation buying or selling a property through Sandy again. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free he made the whole experience, as well as his honesty, professionalism and straightforward approach throughout. I always felt I could rely on him to give me genuine and honest advice. Highly recommend!

Jay is a lovely bloke, no nonsense, courteous. He provided guidance throughout the sale, took direction when I felt strongly about something but gently pushed back when required (which I appreciated). Kept me up-to-date and took the time to answer questions and talk through anything i needed. He didn't encourage me to review pricing when the market started to plateau and was strong in his conviction re: where we would land $-wise. I also valued the fact that he and Sandy work as a team. In fact, the whole Cleary Fairthbrother crew were lovely to deal with. Happy with the outcome and would recommend.
