Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with. At the outset, Jason was very good in explaining the process to us as first-time sellers, outlining all cost and options, and setting out expectations. He also asked the right questions to understand our priorities and expectations too, and was there to answer any questions that came up along the way. Overall, for what we expected to be a complex and stressful process, we could not expect a better outcome. All buyers have anxieties about whether they've made the right decision, not to mention the inevitable hiccups they experience along the way. Being interstate and having mobility and other health issues meant that I wasn't able to view the Turner apartment which I have bought. I had to rely on the advertising and a viewing from my nephew to inform me of my choice. (Yes, I bought it sight unseen.)
