Jason sold our property in Phillip, ACT. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meeting to set expectations, the listing process, open homes, regular updates/reports and communication (written and verbal), exchange of contracts, and finally settlement date. Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with. At the outset, Jason was very good in explaining the process to us as first-time sellers, outlining all cost and options, and setting out expectations. He also asked the right questions to understand our priorities and expectations too, and was there to answer any questions that came up along the way. Overall, for what we expected to be a complex and stressful process, we could not expect a better outcome. We were very happy with the service provided by Jason and the team, and would work with them again.

Mark was very approachable and easy to deal with throughout the purchase process. Most of my communication was with Mark, and he was always responsive to my questions and followed up promptly when he needed to find out further information. Both Mark and Konika were also welcoming and helpful at the open homes, which made the whole process feel very comfortable from the beginning. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail that went into presenting the property. Mark was proactive in organising for small items to be fixed or touched up and making sure the property was well presented and looked after. He also took the time to contact the body corporate about potential alterations I was considering, to clarify what might be possible as a new owner. I really appreciated the extra effort rather than simply being told to look into it myself later. Overall, Mark was professional, approachable and proactive throughout the purchase, and Mark, Konika, and Aaron, made the experience a positive one.

Going into my first home purchase, I understood dealing with real estate is never easy, yet Aaron was easy to communicate with and shared a very comprehensive understanding of both the home and suburb. The comprehensive video made, which I understand is standard from Suburbia Real Estate, was a fantastic component and helped me share the home with my family interstate, who could not be a part of the inspections physically but felt a part of the process from afar. I acknowledge Aaron's role in working for the vendor, and I understand that, in the pre-auction environment we were in, this posed a unique set of circumstances for both Aaron and the vendors to consider, which, by nature of home purchasing, made some components of this process more intense than perhaps a standard private treaty would have offered. Aaron remained approachable throughout this process. Suburbia are clearly fantastic agents with clear intentions on how they present a property. It was an unforgettable experience!

We first met Mark at one of his open houses and we explained our situation. He then followed up with a phone call and meeting. We were very impressed with his presentation and attention to our needs. Mark is an excellent communicator. He always kept us up to date with his negotiations with buyers and always sought approval for any proposed actions. His negotiation skills achieved an extra $20000 on the sale of our Casey property. He also provided advice to assist us with the purchase of a new house in Taylor. Mark inspected our house and recomended solutions to fix some minor "blemishes" as well as recommending an excellent tradesman to do the work in a high quality manner and at a competitive price. We did a lot of the staging of the house except for one room. He recommended a stylist who did a great job with that room and the patio and negotiated a minimal cost for the work. While Mark always went the extra mile to get the sale, he was always very helpful.
