We had several setbacks along the way with other properties, all for reasons completely beyond his control, and through every one of them Errol remained patient, helpful and determined to keep looking. By the end, it genuinely felt like he had taken the mission personally and was just as invested as we were in finding us the right forever home. After nearly a year of searching, all of that effort finally paid off when he matched us with the perfect property at a very reasonable price. It was not just a house that happened to come onto the market. It was a property that genuinely suited us, our plans and what we had been looking for from the start. In an industry where there is often a lot of distrust toward real estate agents, Errol is a genuine breath of fresh air.
