There were some added challenges with my sale and nothing was too much trouble for Josh, he made what could have been a stressful time a seamless experience. Our home was sold prior to even hitting the market. As a busy Mum and business owner the advantages of having no open homes cannot be underestimated! I am very thankful! Josh was excellent to work with. He sold our dad's property in Westbury, after he moved into aged care. Josh took care of all of the details, which was critical as we do not live in Northern Tasmania. In the end, Josh secured an off-market purchaser for a great price, before the property went on the market. This saved us the expense of marketing costs, but also led to a quick sale process.
