Leo has an excellent knowledge of the market and provided a realistic estimate of a property's value. He is clearly passionate regarding the online presence and puts together a very detailed marketing plan. The fact that over 42 people attended the first OFI is testament to this fact. Whilst the sales approach is different to most other agents, its transparency is something not always observed in the sales/purchasing process. Overall very happy with the outcome and the performance of Leo and his team.

Brian was great to deal with, we've bought once and sold twice with Brian and each time its a no hassle development. Selling, he listens to what you want as well as returns feed back on what you should and shouldn't do. Buying he doesnt harass you like some other agents, but is there if and when you need to ask questions. There are not enough words of praise for Jackie Taylor-Fox!! We needed to sell our property to be able to purchase an apartment in Victoria Towers, Southport. We decided that it was best to have the same agent to sell and buy as we supposed it would be a better arrangement. Little did we know that it would be one of the best decisions we have made in years. We had a conditional purchase just in case our home did not sell for the price we expected.
