Strong market knowledge Organised anything to be completed locally Good negotiation Very professional

Our experience with City and Country Realty was exceptional from start to finish. Kieran went above and beyond throughout the buying process, even taking the time to get up on the roof and crawl underneath the house after the building and pest reports were received to provide us with extra reassurance and information. His dedication and willingness to help made a real difference. Racheal and John were also instrumental in getting the sale across the line. Their communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and making what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and straightforward. A special thank you to Jordan, our wonderful Property Manager, who supported us through the transition from renting to becoming homeowners. Her guidance, understanding, and assistance during the move made the experience even more positive. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at City and Country Realty for their professionalism, support, and genuine care. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or manage a property.

1st time seller and Rachael was great walking me through the process.

Janessa did an incredible job, working relentlessly dedicated to find my family a place to call home. Taking the time to visit many houses, some visits being after business hours to work in with my busy schedule. Janessa is a great communicator, down to earth to deal with, realistic about expectations, and is very knowledgeable about the market and each of the properties. Thanks again Janessa!

From listing and marketing through to the final sale, was handled professionally and smoothly. Jenessa was great to deal with, kept me informed throughout, and worked hard to achieve a successful result. I would happily recommend Outback Actions to anyone looking to sell their property.

Janessa provided excellent professional service and advice, allowing us the time to present our home in a manner that enabled maximum return. Janessa worked with us, communicating regularly and clearly, and ensuring we understood each step of the process. We have used Janessa before to purchase property, and we would definitely use her again!
