After taking over as owner of Jays Real Estate in Mt Isa 2021, I’ve enjoyed injecting a new lease of life into the brand and a fresh approach to the local real estate industry. Jays Real Estate is my second Mt Isa business. The first is a recruitment agency and matches people to companies and jobs, so now I also match buyers and tenants to Mt Isa properties on behalf of my selling and landlord clients. Like many people in Mt Isa, I came here for a work opportunity 13 years ago expecting to stay only for a few years. But I’m still here and I wouldn’t want to live, work or own businesses anywhere else! Residential properties are my sole focus at Jays Real Estate. Being a results-oriented person, and a strong negotiator, I pride myself on getting the best possible price for all my home-selling clients and landlords.
