What can I say, Jess is an absolute star of an agent. Jess assisted us last minute to view a property that she had not even moved to market yet. She worked with our tight schedule on our interstate trip to get us through, negotiate and have the deal closed before we left Townsville. Jess was fair, professional and knowledgeable not and agent who is pushy and makes you instantly uncomfortable. If you are looking to buy or sell in Townsville I wouldn’t bother with anyone else other than Jess.

My wife and I are property investors from Newcastle, NSW. We have been very happy with the sale of our property in Burdell in February 2025. Rhiannon Heyboer’s professionalism and communication was evident every step of the way. Given that we live interstate, our first meeting was online. This is where Rhiannon provided us with a very thorough presentation, explained the communication process and commission structure. We found Daring & Young commission structure different to the other two agents we spoke to in Townsville. Given that the market in Townsville is very hot right now, we wanted to try and sell the house to another investor. When this approach did not succeed, we went with Rhiannon’s strategy of selling the property off market. The very first person to view the property and made an offer, and after some negotiation we sold for a very good price which far exceeded our expectations and set a new benchmark in the suburb of Burdell QLD. In summary, for anyone selling an investment property interstate, we thoroughly recommend Rhiannon Heyboer to you. For us, the stand outs were the ease of communication, via email, phone calls and text messages.
