I will continue to recommend Ian to everyone I know - if you want a quick sale, with the best price possible, without having to spend unnecessary money (Ian was always transparent about what upgrades would increase sales prices but also willing to work within whatever budget you have without any pressure whatsoever to spend money on renovations) then you've found the right man for the job. I have only been in contact with Chris once, over the phone, where he had some somewhat unconsiderate words to try and push the sale of the property. Not impressed.
