I have now both purchased and sold property through Mark Costello. When it came to selling my unit, it was a no brainer contacting Mark to be the selling agent. Still, I was blown away by the result. Sold well above asking price, multiple offers, and under contract after just 1 inspection. There were certainly bumps in the road (no fault of Mark or any of the iThink team).
