When we wanted to put an offer in on the property we had an open and honest discussion with Alan. Alan told us what the property prices for the particular area were fetching, what the seller's price expectation was and then took into consideration our own valuation. The process took us to the offer price and this was subsequently accepted by the seller. Alan also advised us about getting the right settlement agency and removalist. The whole process was made as stressless as moving house can be.
