Agencies in Kingsdale, NSW, 2580

I purchased my freestanding unit from Raine & Horne in Goulburn some 20+ years ago and it has been managed by their agency ever since until November 2025. This property investment has been a stress-free experience for the entire duration of my ownership thanks to the dedicated team at Raine & Horne. With special thanks to Robyn Organ for her dedication and vigilance in taking care of the property always with my best interests in mind and then latterly to Zeb and Courtnie Alaia and in the final instance to Zeb for his flawless and professional oversight throughout the entire process of the sale every step of the way which settled early November 2025. The team at Raine & Horne Goulburn represent everything an investor would be looking for in a real estate agent to manage or sell their property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to search and invest in real estate in the Goulburn area.

We appreciate Zeb's times to answer our many questions as we were new to the area. From the very begining, Zeb demonstrated his professionalism, and was responsive and knowledgable about the area, market and buying process. It was not possible for us to buy the loving property without his professional help. However, the property price was displayed despite our request to hide them.

Zeb has assisted me with selling my dual-occupancy home in Goulburn. He has provided regular communication through the process and assisted me with ensuring everything I needed to have to allow a smooth sale was completed. Zeb understood the assignment, and accepted my minimum sale price that I was willing to accept, and fought for that price for me. He's provided great communication between myself and prospective buyers, and it's clear why he's a leader in the market here.

As a first home buyer, heading into the market trying to search anything and everything, you meet your fair share of properties and people. I'm glad Hari was amongst them, making the journey much easier for me, going above and beyond at every step to help ease my nerves or answer my neverending questions. He's been very upfront and honest with me which I'm very appreciative of, helping paint a realistic picture of the next steps so I'm best equipped. Hope to work with you again 😊

I had an excellent experience with Hari. He is highly motivated, passionate, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He managed to get my property sold incredibly quickly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Hari is a great communicator, has an excellent understanding of the market, and genuinely knows how to connect with people. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

In the current state of the market, selling a tenanted property isn't easy. Gavin was very committed to keeping me informed and working through the buyer pool for my property. His communication was regular and he gave me the time I needed to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. This was the most difficult timing in the market to sell for me. But Gavin's work and discussions made it easier. His hard work is much appreciated.
