Sonia really worked with us to find the right outcome for us. She sold the property really quickly and communicated with us through the whole journey. She is friendly and thorough and I would definitely work with her again!

I really liked how the house was presented in the video and photos, unfortunately there were not enough buyers that appreciated the style of house that we were selling and the rare views, craftmanship and quality of materials that the property contained. All about timing and the right buyers being around at the right time for the area.

Kim was amazing, she worked very hard to get me the best outcome in selling my property and kept me well informed throughout.

Tyson was professional, helpful, explained everything so you understood, which was an added plus in our books, answered questions, pointed out what was required, jobs that needed doing, contacted pool shop, gardener, plumber, as we were no longer living there, etc. Nothing was too much bother for him. His staff were the same. I would recommend him to anyone.

Alli's professional knowledge was key to the selling of our house in just six days. Her communication skills were immediate and to the point, negotiating with multiple buyers over the sale period. Alli was also a delightful and upbeat agent. I highly recommend her to any seller or purchaser.

I do not know a better and more professional real estate agent than Grant. I know what I am talking about. Ethics in communication, the highest professionalism, the right advice and the necessary help at any time - you will find all this with Grant. My husband and I have known him for many years and, if necessary, we will always turn to him. What is also very important is that Grant will ALWAYS sell your property at the price at which you would dream of selling. Grant never offers to lower the price of your property to make it easier and faster for him to sell. This is simply incredible! This is simply the highest professionalism. Dear Grant, thank you very much for the work you have done!
