Agencies in Kurrajong Hills, NSW, 2758

Katherina was fantastic throughout the entire sales campaign, we could not have asked for a better agent. Katherina and her team are very professional and have great knowledge of the local market. From the initial appraisal up until the house was sold we were kept in the loop and all process's explained in detail. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house I would not hesitate to recommend Katherina and her team.

From the outset, Katherina and Zeke provided clear and practical advice that gave us real confidence in the process. Their knowledge of the local market was obvious and helped us position the property correctly. Communication was excellent throughout — we were always kept informed and knew exactly where things stood. The property sold quicker than we anticipated and at a fair price. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katherina and Zeke.

Kat was very supportive throughout the buying process. I was initially skeptical due to the industry wide reputation of real estate agents, however looking back on the process and the communication I had with Kat I can confidently say she was honest and transparent in her communication, acting with integrity throughout. I hope the need does not arise in the near future, but should I require the services of a real estate agent, I would have no hesitation in reaching out to Kat. Thank you Kat, Zeke and the Raywhite Kurrajong team.

Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, especially compared with some of the other agents we encountered throughout the Richmond and Kurrajong area. She took a reasonable and balanced approach to negotiations and genuinely appeared to do her best to represent both the seller and us as the buyers. We appreciated her willingness to engage openly and her consideration throughout the interactions. Her approachable manner and professionalism made the overall purchasing process a much more positive experience. We were pleased to have dealt with Lisa and her team throughout the purchase of the property. Thanks again Lisa!

Lisa is the one in a million real estate agent you’re looking for! We really felt she went above and beyond to secure a sale in a difficult market, when other local agents had failed. Great clarity of communication leading to a great outcome for buyer and seller - with absolutely no bull***t! Thank you Lisa!

Luke was exceptional to deal with. He maintained a great level of communication and always assisted in any way he could. He managed the process in a way that made it as easy as possible. We didn’t know where to start with selling our house, and he really made it seamless. The entire team at Belle were fantastic to communicate with the entire time.

Belle property has handled everything with professional service in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with service and advice I have received

We recently worked with Robbie and Marty to sell our first home, and dealing with them both was such a pleasure. Their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. They were always happy to answer our questions and enquiries and kept us informed every step of the way. We really appreciated the time Robbie took to come and see us in person, provide regular updates and give us insight into where the property market was heading and things we should consider along the way. Thank you both for all your help, guidance and support throughout the sale of our home. We really appreciate everything you did for us and would happily recommend you both!
