I would recommend Robbie Dunn and April from Belle Property North Richmond to anyone in the Hawkesbury who are wanting to sell their home. We found Robbie to be up to date with the current market and to be responsible with his valuation. Robbie's communication and above and beyond commitment is second to none. We had an off market sale fall through at the last minute but we already had our hearts set on a property to buy. Robbie and April had our property listed within 48 hours and an open house booked for the following Saturday. Robbie was committed to doing his best to find us a purchaser at the price needed for us to complete the purchase of the other property. He came through with flying colours. Robbie communicated with our solicitor, the agent for the house we were hoping to purchase, prospective purchasers and ourselves. Our home was sold within 3 weeks at the price we required. Thank you Robbie, April and Belle Property North Richmond.

Robbie was great at answering all of our questions and making us at ease throughout the purchasing journey.

Cindy and her team, in particular Amy were wonderful to deal with and very patient and understanding of the challenges for first home buyers.

Michael and Cindy made the process of purchasing the property easy and were very helpful with every request we made.

Working with Cindy & Michael to sell our property was a pleasure, their knowledge and experience in the local market gave us confidence through the process of selling. They were always available and genuinely cared. If you are looking for an Agent we can thoroughly recommend Cindy & Michael.

Very professional friendly and good communicator.

Steven demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the area we purchased our house in. He was very meticulous explaining the pros & cons to our property along with the risks of natural disasters that could occur in the area. Going above and beyond he provided us a reasonable quote for home and content insurance prior to settlement. He was genuine throughout the negotiation & settlement period , checking in with me regularly and showing transparency with his communication he was very professional

Professional, a great communicator, caring with his client, helpful, always keep me updated, prompt responds even on his day off, respectful gentleman. Highly recommended!

Not only was Katherina excellent in her manner and performance but she was also very caring and had our best interests at heart at all times. She was very approachable and willing to listen to our needs and worked very hard, and beyond expectations, to help meet those needs. Katherina also showed genuine enthusiasm and excitement for us, at the successful sale of our home.

Katherina was honest and communicated fully with us throughout the sale. Katherina and the whole team went above and beyond to sell our home.

Katherina has been a fantastic representative for our home, and has achieved an excellent result in a short space of time. Nothing was too much trouble, and the communication from both herself and her team was second to none. Her work ethic, integrity and down to earth character has helped make the whole process seamless. We highly recommend Katherina and her team!
