Rod provided a great property appraisal about 12 months ago. After the recent Government CGT and tax law changes, we decided to sell. While we had a couple of other agents approach us, Rod was already familiar with our property and knew the local market exceptionally well. We felt very confident in his experience. Ultimately, he closed the deal directly with a buyer, saving us the unnecessary signage, photography, and advertising fees normally associated with a sale.
