Jake was so friendly, funny and so professional. He is recommend so highly from me. Would definitely use him again

Jake handled the sales process very well (arranging photos and advertising etc promptly) and was able to secure a favourable price from a buyer in a difficult market. Being located in Melbourne, I wasn't aware that a physical title would be required for the sale and needed to apply for a new title - with settlement delayed by two weeks (which would have allowed the buyer to terminate the contract). Jake however was adept in managing the buyer, who granted us an extension and we settled without an issue.

Selling a home is generally something we don't do often in our lives, but when you do, you need to know the sale is in good, steady, experienced hands, and that's what I got with Jake Towns from Petrusma Property. Jake was confidently professional, with a wonderful working knowledge of the current market. He was able to guide and support me through the selling process, while being frank and open, keeping me well informed every step of the way. Thank you Jake and your fantastic team for all your assistance with my sale.

I couldn’t be happier with the service Justin provided during the sale of my property in Glenorchy. He exceeded my expectations at every stage of the process and demonstrated a very high standard of professionalism throughout. His communication was clear, respectful, and especially considerate in his dealings with the in-situ tenant, which I greatly appreciated. Justin made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident my property was in excellent hands. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to highly recommend Justin to anyone looking to sell their property.

We met Justin through an open home that we were looking at purchasing and asked him to appraise our home. Justin was friendly, approachable, adaptable and enthusiastic...and achieved our sale in around 3 days! Justin involved our 11 year old daughter and made her also part of the process (where appropriate). I would highly recommend Justin to prospective sellers.

Justin was fantastic from the get go, I live interstate and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He went above and beyond fixing things I wasn’t aware of and didn’t trouble me with them, resulting in a stress free process for me. Justin and Sarah Parr’s advertising campaign was to a really high standard and the property presented beautifully. He delivered the results he said he would which exceeded my expectations and managed it within a three day period and two open homes. He is friendly, professional and I highly recommend Justin Parr.

Our property had been on the market for an extended period of time and had been with four agents from assorted agencies. None came close to a sale or displayed the desirable competence that was nevessary to sell our 25 acre property with commercial greenhouses and a well known and profitable Bed & Breakfast. As doon as Daniel.walked thtough our front door l knew that he was the right man to sell our property. Daniel didplayed a strong knowledge of the market and advised us accordingly. Within days he had a potential purchaser viewing the property with a genuine interest in owning in its purchase. Daniels' tenacity drives him to hunt down every lead.and his long experience helped him to discern who to show the property and deflect from us the merely curious. Long strey cut short. I heartily recommend Daniel to sell anything with a door on it!!! Thanks Daniel, great job, well done. Alex & Louise Richmond Tas

Dan is the best agent in Hobart hands down! He is professional, friendly and honest and was always there to help and offer advice through our stressful time of buying and selling. A big 5 stars from me!

Daniel is very knowledgeable about real estate and the property market. Hi approach to marketing my property and management of the process helped achieve a sale within about two weeks from listing. I can recommend Daniel to anyone wanting to sell property in Hobart or the surrounding areas.

Matt Carne is a genuine salesperson providing an honest, professional yet friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend Matt and his business.

Thank you Matt for your expertise, from providing advice on preparing the property for sale, to kindness and professionalism, and then securing our sale in super fast time. You made the whole selling process from start to finish super easy.

We chose Matt after asking around for recommendations for an honest and hard working agent, and he came highly recommended by some colleagues and friends. We found Matt to be very knowledgeable and someone who would provide open and honest communication. As sellers we entered a fast-cooling market, competing with multiple listings in a buyers market. Matt remained positive and worked hard for us, ultimately achieving good results which we were very happy with. No hesitation in recommending him.
