Trish took over from another agent who was proving to be somewhat unethical. The contrast was stark. Trish is a true professional with very high ethical standards. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she could communicate this very clearly. She was extremely responsive, often dealing with issues at night and at weekends. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our property was somewhat unique and would appeal to a limited market, but Trish knew this market, showed remarkable persistence and overcame the numerous hurdles with confidence and encouragement to us. It was clear that she was working to obtain the best, realistic outcome for us, which she did. Her positivity and friendliness were very comforting to us.

Sadly I had to sell my beautiful home, due to separating from my partner. Cazz was so kind to me during this very stressful time, she took the extra time to keep me informed all the way through the process. One very stressful day in particular she called me and to check on me, she calmed me down, deep breaths, made a joke to make me laugh. Her photography team were also amazing, so kind and helpful. The photos they took were stunning!. I'd have to say this time selling one of my home's was probably the best experience I have ever had with a real estate.
