She supported the buyers, not the sellers. Mixed messages, made it a very difficult emotional situation.

Adam had fantastic market knowledge, presented 8 offers and was able to close in on the highest bid in record time! Happy clients! Thank you Adam.

Tess kept us up to date throughout the process of making an offer and buying our dream home, she was warm, welcoming and had answers for every question we had about our new community. Highly recommend for a painless experience

Nick was amazing. We purchased a property from him a few years ago and everything went smoothly. Last year we decided to use Nick again to sell one of our properties. Wow, wow wow. What can I say? He said we would probably obtain a higher price then what we had ever dreamed of. I honestly didnt want to believe him after having another company also give us a price. Nick was 100% correct. Our house sold in less than a week and we acheive the full asking price. Don't be afraid to put your price a bit higher as there are so many people right now wanting to purchase. They will only spend what they think your house is worth. Nick, if we ever have another house to either purchase or sell we will be coming back to you, that's for sure.

Get the land to sold in a short time frame.

Courtney has assisted us with both purchasing and selling. She's always been very committed and has worked hard even when she was sick. I truly recommend her.
