Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy

Courtney was friendly and trustworthy from my very first interaction with her. I was selling a house on behalf of a family member as their guardian / administrator, which is a complicated and stressful process. Furthermore, the housing market was in flux due to the recent tax changes. Courtney was well informed about the local market in a rural area, communicated often and, considering I was not located in WA, provided helpful solutions to make the sale as smooth as possible.

Courtney has been amazing, very punctual and professional every step of the way.

Courtneys communication has been great, she actually listened to us. If she didn't have the answers we were after she always got back to us in a timely matter every time. Her knowledge was great and she was open and happy to answer any questions. It was very refreshing having someone that didn't try and tell us what to do of try and steer us in any direction. We would 100% recommend Courtney.

Market Knowledge and excellent negotiation skills

I meet Courtney from First National when I bought this property, I was impressed then, with her calm and trusting communication skills, the sale was a breeze .
