This was my first time buying a property in Australia and Jans patience and support answering my many questions was a fantastic help for me and helped me through the whole process! She never let me know if my questions were stupid even though a few may have been! Jan was very organized and gave me a nudge when deadlines approached and helped ensure both myself and the seller were kept informed at all times to ensure any concerns were kept to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jan to anyone buying or selling their home. Absolute pleasure working with her.

I couldn't be happier with the support I received from Jackson and Mick throughout the sale of my property. From the very beginning, they were transparent, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way. There were a few unexpected challenges and surprises along the journey, but Jackson and Mick handled everything professionally and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. Their dedication to both supporting me and securing the best price for my property was evident throughout the entire process. Communication was always excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating, even working around my inflexible work schedule. I always felt supported and knew what was happening when I needed an update. I truly appreciate the hard work, commitment, and care they put into selling my home. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so manageable. I highly recommend Jackson and Mick to anyone looking to sell their property.

Mick worked really hard in a difficult market to sell our house. Always answers the phone and goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
