We were in two minds whether to sell our beautiful home, we invited several agents to review and Sam (Danckert) was one of them, Sam was far more understanding of our predicament, understanding that we were really in two minds about selling, taking on board we would only sell if the price was right, and with this in mind he gave us a fair and realistic valuation in today's difficult market. With this in mind, Sam's valuation was the best out of all the agents and we were happy with the price that we sold for.
