I can't say enough about Anna (and her team at Saliba). She worked so hard selling our property, chasing every lead, organising private viewings and facilitating in the offer process. My acreage was difficult to sell because of the way it was rezoned. Paul knows the market well and always kept me informed about matters affecting my sale. He discouraged me from accepting any offers he deemed too low or not right for my circumstances. My questions or concerns were always dealt with promptly and honestly and in a friendly manner. Paul and Nathan Vincin always came to my place to update me, sign papers when required, check how I was coping, give me further information and then finally an offer that right for me. I felt Paul had my best interests at heart and his professionalism impressed me. He was never pushy or arrogant like some agents who called on me. Cutcliffe in general and Nathan in particular kept me informed of market trends, and what might affect the sale of my property. He and Paul Cutcliffe would come to my place to tell me in person about any offers. If the offer was too low they would discourage me from taking it. All paperwork was handled efficiently and thoroughly explained to me. All my questions and concerns (however trivial I thought them) were addressed, answered or dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Nathan would often phone me to check how I was going and offer help if needed. I am very happy to recommend Cutcliffe’s. They are not pushy, but easy to deal with.
