Going into my first home purchase, I understood dealing with real estate is never easy, yet Aaron was easy to communicate with and shared a very comprehensive understanding of both the home and suburb. Mark is an excellent communicator. He always kept us up to date with his negotiations with buyers and always sought approval for any proposed actions. His negotiation skills achieved an extra $20000 on the sale of our Casey property. He also provided advice to assist us with the purchase of a new house in Taylor. Mark inspected our house and recomended solutions to fix some minor "blemishes" as well as recommending an excellent tradesman to do the work in a high quality manner and at a competitive price. We did a lot of the staging of the house except for one room. He recommended a stylist who did a great job with that room and the patio and negotiated a minimal cost for the work. While Mark always went the extra mile to get the sale, he was always very helpful.

Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through! He has also managed to get an early settlement! Very professional agent he is easy to deal with and has really good advice.
