Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through!
