I have no hesitation in recommending Daryl to anyone thinking of selling a home in ACT . We were thinking of re renting our investment property in Gordon, but after speaking to Daryl about the market, which he said was good at the moment, we thought we would give him a chance to sell first. After the first open house, which there were 20 groups through, we already had an offer, and by the end of that week it was under offer, and we were really pleased with the result. He kept us informed all the way through, he was professional, and very easy to talk too. thanks for your help, much appreciated, wouldnt hesitate to recommend him,
