With the market and industry experience Shane has, I had so much faith in his knowledge regarding selling my home. My house went live and then 10 days later it was done. Once buyers had viewed my home (15 in total), Shane and his team negotiated over a space of a few days and increased the offers steadily but with careful consideration.
