I engaged Jeff to sell my house earlier this year. I'm a disabled person on a senior pension so was very limited in my ability to prepare the house for sale. Jeff not only took control of it for me to make sure everything was as ready as it could be but he took personal time out to help me with cleaning, removing rubbish, etc. During the process he often checked in to see how I was coping with the process and was always there when I needed him with a friendly smile, suggestions, and a can-do attitude. If not for him, the house would have not been ready for sale and would have fetched a much lower price. I'm absolutely indebted to Jeff for his professionalism and personal attention every step of the way. Thank you so much.

Gus did an appraisal on our home. We were very happy with the proposed marketing brochure that was created for us. Our plan was to move forward with going to market in the 1st week of July due to work commitments. Gus knew this, but out of the blue, Gus called to say he had a buyer that might be interested only 3 days after the appraisal. 4 days later the 1 buyer hit what we asked for, from that one inspection. We had it fully sold before the end of June. No going to market. Gus your a CHAMPION!
