I had no doubt she would sell the property for what she claimed would be the amount as she had exceeded what I had expected for the first one she sold for me. Similarly for question 6, I chose her because of her previous work for me. Again the price paid exceeded what I had expected, she has worked tirelessly to ensure this is the case.
