Agencies in Morisset - Cooranbong

We reviewed many properties with several agents over a six month period. Mark understood our budget and requirements which resulted in us purchasing a property which met our criteria. It’s perfectly suited to our water activities. Very happy with his service

Sam could not have been any more professional throughout the sale of our land. He kept us well informed and up to date with everything happening as soon as he knew there was any changes going on in the market with these trying times. We were able to get a result with him that we can happily walk away knowing that we can now move onto the next step and be confident going forward. Sam, Beau and the team at taylor hedley are fantastic and i would recommend them to anyone.

excellent market advice and knowledge of current situation, property was sold in record time for more than I was expecting

Craig is a great guy to work with! We've sold a number of homes over the years and have not found an agent who is so involved in the process of procuring a property sale. Craig's knowledge of the market, his awareness of shifting attitudes in an exceptionally challenging environment, and his invaluable practical skills, when we needed them, are without peer. We have really enjoyed the process. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision, we always felt he was on our side, and we had complete confidence in his ability, integrity and commitment to the task. I would not hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone in this area looking for a young, vibrant and totally focused agent.

I have dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, both as vendor and purchaser. Kristy is an absolute stand out, far and away the best I have ever dealt with. Importantly she gave us a price estimate and then stuck with it. She was on the money and we sold for the estimate she gave us. This was a stressful transaction for me, selling my father's home and personal possessions. Kirsty was amazing, she simply did everything. She arranged and supervised contractors to undertake internal renovations. She personally delivered loads of rubbish to the tip. Kristy sold items for me on Marketplace, raising literally tens of thousands of dollars. Kristy registered and sold a jet ski. Kristy arranged to donate items she did not sell to local charities. In short, Kristy took care of EVERYTHING. Nothing was too much for her. I have no doubt that Kristy will be simply the best real estate agent you ever deal with.
