Last Saturday was a very relaxed morning for us as Belle Balmain had already sold our 3 bedroom apartment, and we had no need to face an auction in this unpredictable selling market. The property was a 'new building investment' we made 20 years ago, and with the help of Sabrina and Belle's team, new carpet laid, fresh coat of paint and a general overall freshen up to then have the property ready for styling. All this was achieved with minimum contribution by us given we were not in Sydney those two weeks.
