I recently engaged Simon to sell my unit at Red Hill. This was the second time I have used Simon to sell a property for me. I found Simon to be very proactive in all my dealings with him. We met, agreed on what we thought was a reasonable price and began the marketing process. My aim was to achieve a quick sale.
