Selling a property from interstate is not easy, you really need to trust your agent. Having bought and sold numerous properties, Tim is the only agent I would trust selling in North West Tasmania. After having our property listed with another agent twice for a total of well over 9 months, we engaged Tim. Tim's communication and professionalism are second to none and he really worked hard for us. He even managed to sell our buyers property within days when their finance was originally rejected. I have, and will continue to, refer Tim to anyone needing a great Real Estate agent that they can trust. Every person I have referred so far has had the same fantastic experience. Vanessa and Deanne listened to what I was after ( wall space) and I was rung when the property came on the market. Vanessa also held off submitting offers until I could look at the place, as I was not able to see it for a week.
