Throughout the whole process from start to finish Tom was fantastic. He is knowledgeable of the area, helpful with all my inquiries regarding the property. Easy to get in contact with and prompt with replying. I have already recommended Tom to my friends if they ever are thinking of selling.

From day one of listing we were confident we had chosen the right agent. Shaelagh familiarised herself with all the history and features of the property and carried out all the open homes and private inspections solo. Her reporting back was precise and articulate. When pressed for a gut feeling following an inspection she was always forthcoming and honest ,which is exactly what we expected. The journey of selling our property took quite a while , 15 months to be exact and three contracts. We obviously got a bit down when for one reason or another a contract never materialised. Shaelagh never got down however, her optimistic dialog alway righted the ship and we soldiered on. Over that period of time Shaelagh become part of our extended family and could actually anticipate our responce to situations as they arose.

Shae was so great to deal with from wo to go!!! We felt confident at all times that we were in the best hands throughout the whole process of buying our new forever home. We have had bad experiences with previous real estate agents but Shae made our experience one of our best ever.
