Not only that, but he was also out there on the weekend watering in the new lawn and blowing the driveway clean! Truely a huge effort and much appreciated. But not only that, Matthew kept us in the loop along the way and made sure we understood where the market was; no BS, just telling it like it is. In a review for real estate agents, it might not be the best place to suggest that I have generally held them in low esteem.
