He took charge of managing all the contractors and works to be done, and did it efficiently. Made the whole process easy for us. The end result was fantastic. When my regular agent suggested a lower potential sale price for my property, I read through their appraisal and found Josh had sold a similar property in the region for the price I was after. I contacted Josh and from there everything went smoothly and he achieved the higher price range I wanted within only a few weeks. As I live overseas, Josh went out of his way to work around international time zones to communicate almost daily or as needed. He visited my property and found discrepancies that my own agent had missed, got quotes and fixed them including doing some of the work himself. Josh was incredibly helpful and down to earth but most importantly he took care of everything from suggesting off-market listing to save on marketing costs to liaising with my rental agent, the tenants, sales solicitors/conveyancing, tradies, etc. I will potentially look at selling a second property through him in the future. I knew almost nothing about the house sale process and Josh made it easy and took all the time in the world to explain things to me all along the way. Highly recommend Josh Vandebaan.

I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to sell their property. I reached out to Josh to sell my property and as I live interstate, I was initially worried about how difficult the process might be. However, Josh made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. He helped and organised all the necessary trades to get the property move-in ready for the new owners. This made a huge difference to the final presentation and outcome. Once everything was ready, he sent me a video walkthrough of the property before it went on the market, which I really appreciated given I couldn’t be there in person. Josh kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always quick to answer any questions I had. He also helped me choose a solicitor and guided me through the required paperwork, which took a lot of the stress out of selling from interstate. Thanks to his professionalism, organisation and clear communication, the whole experience was smooth and we achieved a great result. Again, I recommend Josh to anyone selling a property
