I have owned several properties over the years and worked with many real estate agents, but never have I felt compelled to write a review because I had never been truly satisfied with the service I received — until I met Olivia. Olivia recently sold my dad’s property, and from start to finish, she was exceptional. She is warm, kind, and approachable, yet incredibly professional in the way she conducts herself. Her dedication and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and manageable. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. From connecting us with trusted renovation contacts to prepare the property for market, to offering practical advice and solutions at every stage, nothing was ever too difficult for her. She even helped style the apartment, including hanging sheers at the last minute with me to ensure it was presented beautifully for market.
