Excellent and positive

I initially struggled with choosing a real estate agent for the sale of my unit. I interviewed several and encountered a familiar range of issues: some deliberately over-quoted the likely sale price to secure the listing, others were vague or evasive about costs, with expenses continuing to mount without any clear fee schedule, and a few proposed strategies that bordered on unethical by attempting to disguise obvious flaws in the property. Chris and the Crown Property team could not have been more different. They were refreshingly ethical and transparent with both me and potential buyers — qualities not often associated with real estate agents. Their approach is genuinely “no surprises”: everyone is clear on exactly what is being sold and what they are buying. Communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. I was kept fully informed at every stage, with clear updates on enquiries, inspections and buyer interest. Nothing was too much trouble, and when a few unexpected issues arose that could have derailed the contract, they were handled calmly, strategically and with complete professionalism. The result? An excellent sale price — above my asking price — while still being fair and reasonable for all parties involved.
