I first met Kristina at the site of the inspection of what is now my family's forever home back in February. COmmunication was very open and withut agenda, I was encuraged to give feedback about the property. This place went off the market for many months, and I was delighted to see it pop back up on the apps. We re-established contact with Kristina who had the goals of the family who loved this home before us at heart. She guided us through the process and her colleagues and associates such as the auctioneer were very transparent, gave us very good, unbiased and correct advice that potentially got us out of a bit of hot water. Kristina went the extra mile (or fifty!) to get all the contracts and settlement details finalised. She went so far us to collect signatures from us in the evening if the situation warranted which was a true representation of her flexibility and client focus. Even through some tense moments, and some circumstances that required more diplomacy than your run-of-the-mill foreign minister... Kristina came through. I felt comfortable knowing she would always do the right thing and would not compromise her values. Kristina might tell you she always finds the right people for the right house, and this statement could not be more accurate. She has made my family's dreams come true, and I have already recommended her to my friends and family. She is a rare gem of honesty in a market that seems to be full of people wanting to convince you to their point of view.
