I approached her and was very impressed with her ideas and thoughts on why the property had not sold. She promised me a quick sale and I let her run with it. She organised new photos and a new advert. True to her promise she secured a firm buyer very quickly and I was quite happy with the price the property fetched. Not only is Laney very knowledgeable with the area but she is very good at what she does, she is honest, polite, a hard worker and a good communicator.
