My house went live Friday pm, the first open house was the next day, Saturday at 12. noon, and my house was sold by 4.00pm. People said I should have asked for more, but Julian got me a price I was more than happy with. They priced my house within a very reasonable and fair range, and maybe if I held on, I might have gotten more, but I might not I got what I considered a very fair price, and that's all that mattered in the end.
