Penny was our agent when we bought our house in Doonan in 2013 and then when we sold it ten years later. When selling my mother's house I found Pete and Lisa to be very professional and with a great knowledge of the local market. We only had the house on the internet for twelve hours before we had an offer to match our asking price. They also ended up with a back up offer should the first failed. We were kept up to date with Pete calling at every milestone of the contract was reached. We highly recommend selling with Stephen. We met Stephen twice. The first time was a year prior when we were considering the idea of selling. Stephens professionalism made us keep him in mind until we were ready to sell. From the time we were ready Stephens communication was excellent. Stephen was realistic and managed our expectations well re the sale price,and he managed the process (staging, open homes etc) seamlessly. The best thing is that he would call and message to give us regular updates so we weren't left wondering.
