"I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Barbara Wolveridge for her professionalism and dedication throughout the purchase of my Mission Beach property. Barbara worked closely with both myself and the seller to ensure every detail of the agreement was handled well. Her genuine commitment made the entire process fruitful from start to finish. Thanks to Barbara’s efforts, we achieved a successful outcome, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Far North QLD."

We bought the property through Barbara Wolveridge of Sotheby’s four years ago. The process was seamless. When we decided to sell, we didn’t hesitate to engage Barbara. She is very friendly, communicates well and quickly and is extremely good at blending relationship development with professionalism. In our view, Barbara is the foremost expert on Niramaya and Port Douglas. She has managed the sales of many villas. She understands market fluctuations, supply and demand and realistic expectations. She also knows how unique Niramaya villas are and is able to portray their special value to potential purchasers. The marketing material was of exceptional quality, with tangible appeal to prospective buyers. We have no hesitation in recommending Barbara Wolveridge.

Barbara has extensive knowldge of the area and was able to fit us into her busy schedule at a moment's notice. Within 24 hours from my initial call, we had closed the deal for a fair price and the subsequent process went very smoothly. Thanks so much Barbara for making this usually stressful process a real fun and exciting time!
