I contacted Jesse from a flyer sent via post. She was seeking properties like ours to sell - had clients that had missed other opportunities. We were not actively looking to sell but thought if we could get a fair price without much effort from us we may. Jesse is a good communicator and easy to talk to. She offered to test the water for us by offering our property “off market”. No results would equal no commission. This way there were minimal costs. Jesse also respected our wishes of making sure our tenants were well informed of what was happening, ensuring them their home was not at risk of being taken away from them. Jesse contacted us with regular updates, even when there was really nothing to report! There wasnt the initial interest Jesse hoped/indicated - but just when we thought we would cease offering the property - a buyer came forward. Jesse was very easy to work with, friendly, understanding, respectful and helpful all while communicating well. I would absolutely use her services again in the future should the situation arise.

Michael,Grace and Tayla were nothing but awesome through the whole process of selling. They handled everything professionally and not once did we feel uncomfortable with any aspect of their work, from marketing, negotiating the best price for our property to settling.
