Lauren presented us with a marketing and timing approach that saw our unit under contract within 12 days of listing. She is thoughtful and considerate in her dealings and was very respectful towards our long term tenant. Throughout the contract period, during which Lauren was the ever pleasant conduit between ourselves, the purchasers, the tenant and the body corporate, she kept us updated and was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
