Our purchase was one of the easiest processes we've had in real estate. My son and daughter came down the street from where we lived and had a look. They rang me to come and have a look with my wife. We met Peter who showed us the house and told us the range of price being asked. We thought about it for a few hours and rang him to make our offer which was accepted by the vendor Allison with some special terms arranged by Peter to make the purchase easier. From then on it was a case of waiting for other property to be sold with the compulsory Christmas Break for government and other parties involved. Peter arranged with the vendor for some other processes to occur to help us with our move. This all went very well. He was happy to turn up on short notice to help us and make contact with the vendor on our behalf. I'm still a bit surprised we have this beautiful house in such a short time.
