Once weekly Marcus set aside an hour to discuss in detail how the open homes went and what feedback to attend to before the next one. He was very astute in selecting the Labour Day holiday for an open home when other agents did not. This happened to be the day when an offer I couldn't refuse was presented to me resulting in the sale of my home. I would rate Marcus as a "standout" in the real estate world.
